In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well. Add extracts and stir until combined. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk and mix until well combined. Fold in strawberries.
Pour batter into a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake for 2 hours.

3/4 C. milk
1 C. chopped strawberries
