HEAT oven to 375°F. Coat baking sheet lightly with no-stick butter cooking spray like Baker’s Joy®.
CUT wonton wrappers into four equal quarters. Arrange on baking sheet; spray with no-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Cool.
MIX sliced strawberries gently with melted jelly in medium bowl. Place a wonton wrapper quarter on each of four dessert plates. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
SPOON half the strawberry mixture over four wonton wrapper quarters. Top with several dollops of whipped cream. Repeat wonton wrapper and strawberry layers. Top with remaining wonton wrappers. Sprinkle each generously with powdered sugar.
TOP each with a rosette of whipped cream, strawberry half and mint leaf.
