Oatmeal Molasses Pie-4

Ingredients

  • Single pie crust
  • ½ C. Grandma’s® Molasses
  • 3 whole eggs
  • ½ C. Maple Grove Farms® Pure Maple Syrup
  • ¼ C. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 C. McCann’s® Quick Oats

Directions

  1. Prepare pie crust as desired and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the molasses, eggs, maple syrup, buttermilk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until well blended. Stir in the oats.
  4. Pour into prepared pie crust and bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set; cool on a wire rack.
  5. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
