Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Creamy Cinnamon Spread Frosting

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ C. butter, softened
  • ½ C. Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cinnamon Spread
  • 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 3 C. powdered sugar, sifted

Directions

  1. In a stand mixer, or in a large bowl with an electric hand mixer, cream together the cream cheese, butter, and cinnamon spread until smooth and only very small bits of cream cheese can be seen (if any).
  2. Add in the vanilla, cinnamon and salt and blend to incorporate.
  3. Slowly add the powdered sugar until fully blended and creamy.
  4. Ready to use. Can be kept at room temperature in an air-tight container or in the refrigerator for 1 week.
