Ingredients

  • 1 C. heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Grandma’s® Original Molasses
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Using a chilled mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. While cream is whipping, mash banana in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Add molasses, salt, and sugar to banana and stir to combine.
  4. When cream is ready, gently fold in the banana mixture.

Tips

We recommend serving on gingerbread, banana, or apple cake.
