- 1 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. Clabber Girl® Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 C. Crisco® Corn Oil or Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 C. diced mango (about 1 medium mango)
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits, well drained
- 1/4 C. chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 C. shredded coconut
Glaze
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. hot tap water (or use the drained pineapple juice for more flavor!)
- 1/2 C. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter OR margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
