Crisco Sheet Pan Chicken Veg Oil (1)

Ingredients

  • Crisco® Butter Flavor No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • ½ C. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ C. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. garlic pepper seasoning blend
  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 ½ lbs. small red potatoes, halved
  • 12 oz. fresh green beans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and spray a large baking sheet with Crisco® Butter Flavor No-Stick Spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, and seasoning.
  3. Place the chicken and potatoes in a large bowl and coat with ¾ of the oil mixture. Toss to coat well.
  4. Spread the potatoes on the sheet pan and top with the chicken thighs.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a clean bowl, toss the green beans with the remaining oil mixture.
  7. After 40 minutes, sprinkle the green beans on top of the chicken and potatoes.
  8. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is 165°F in the thickest part.
