½ tsp. Spice Islands^® Cream of Tartar
4 egg whites (beaten)

Directions

In a bowl, sift together confectioner’s sugar and cream of tartar.
Using electric mixer, beat in 4 beaten egg whites for about 5 minutes or until mixture is thick enough to hold its shape.
