STIR flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl until blended.
WHISK eggs in large bowl. Whisk in milk and vanilla until blended. Add flour mixture and oil, whisking just until small lumps remain.
COAT waffle maker with no-stick cooking spray like Baker’s Joy®.
Heat according to manufacturer’s directions. Drop batter onto hot waffle iron. Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until the waffle iron stops steaming. Carefully remove waffle. Repeat to bake remaining waffle batter. Serve with butter, syrup and fresh fruit.
To substitute for the Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil, use 1/2 Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening melted and cooled, or 1/2 C. Crisco Refined Coconut Oil, melted and cooled.
