Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (best if it has some brown spots)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cinnamon Spread
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • toppings of your choice (we suggest our Cinnamon Chocolate Sauce)

Directions

  1. Cut a banana into thin slices, place in a container or storage bag and freeze for 1 hour.
  2. Remove from freezer and place the banana slices in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cinnamon Spread and the cocoa powder.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. If bananas are too hard to blend, give them 5-10 minutes to soften a bit and try again. You can also add a little milk (1 Tbsp. at a time) to help with blending. Ice cream can be served as soft serve at this point.
  6. For a scoopable ice cream, pour mixture into a freezer safe container (large enough to be able to scoop out of later), and freeze for about 2 hours.
  7. Scoop out and serve immediately.
