Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Creamy Cinnamon Spread Cannoli

Ingredients

  • 2 C. ricotta cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cinnamon Spread
  • ½ C. whipped topping
  • ¼ C. mini chocolate chips, plus more for garnish
  • Pre-made cannoli shells

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the ricotta cheese until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the cinnamon spread and blend well.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping and then fold in the mini chips.
  4. Place filling in a piping bag with no tip or use a plastic storage bag with the corner cut off.
  5. Pipe the filling into the cannoli shells. For best results, pipe into both ends of the shell.
  6. Garnish the ends with mini chips.
  7. Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator.
