White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. Clabber Girl® Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • ¾ C. brown sugar, packed
  • ½ C. granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Almond Extract
  • 1 C. macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1 C. white chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. With a mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and extracts and blend until combined; scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
  5. Slowly add a little of the flour mixture at a time and blend on low speed until just combined (you may still see bits of flour).
  6. Stir in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop into 2 Tbsps. sized dough balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake 8-10 minutes or until the edges just start to brown.
