1 1/4 C. McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats
1/2 C. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
1 (15.25 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
2 large eggs
2 tsps. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 C. finely chopped walnuts
1 C. powdered sugar
Directions
HEAT oven to 350°F.
STIR oats and oil in large bowl until evenly moistened. Let stand 5 minutes.
ADD cake mix, eggs and vanilla. Beat with mixer on medium speed until dough forms. Mix in nuts. Roll into 48 (1-inch) balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
BAKE 8 minutes or until set. Cool on baking sheet 1 minute. Remove cookies to wire rack. Cool 5 minutes.
PLACE powdered sugar in medium bowl. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar to coat.
