Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Work all the ingredients together with your hands until blended. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls. Press a whole pecan into the center of each cookie.
Bake cookies on ungreased cookie sheets, 2-inches apart for 20 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes then carefully lift with spatula to wire racks to cool. Store in air-tight container with wax paper between layers.

1 C. Clabber Girl® Corn Starch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
Pinch Spice Islands® Ground Cloves
