Crisco Italian Sausage Sheet Pan Meal Vegetable Oil (2)

Ingredients

  • Crisco® Butter Flavor No-Stick Spray
  • 2 lbs. Italian sausage
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into thick slices
  • 1 lg. sweet onion, cut into thick slices
  • 1 lb. gnocchi
  • 5 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp. Spice Islands® Italian Herb Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. coarse salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 6 oz. jar pitted kalamata olives

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and spray a large baking sheet (or 2) with no-stick spray; set aside.
  2. Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add the peppers, onion, gnocchi, seasoning, salt, pepper and oil to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet(s).
  5. Drain olives and sprinkle over the top of the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the gnocchi is golden.
