Fiery Sheet Pan Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Spice Islands® Paprika
  • 2 tsps. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsps. Spice Islands® Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Chili Powder
  • 4 medium or 3 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1/4 C. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
  • Sour cream or ranch dressing

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 400°F. Coat 18 x 13 x 1-inch rimmed sheet pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. COMBINE paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and chili powder in small bowl. Stir until blended.
  3. CUT each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place in large bowl. Drizzle with oil. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Place in prepared baking pan.
  4. BAKE 30 minutes. Stir and turn potatoes. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Serve with sour cream or ranch dressing, if desired.
