A fun snack using Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cinnamon Spread

Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 slices white cheddar cheese
  • 1 small apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 Tbsp. Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cinnamon Spread

 

Directions

  1. Place bread slices on a work surface.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of cinnamon spread on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On 2 slices of bread, add a slice of cheese. Top cheese with a generous amount of apple slices.
  4. Add another slice of cheese.
  5. Top with remaining bread slices, cinnamon spread side down, and gently press each sandwich together.
  6. Spread remaining 2 tablespoons of cinnamon spread on the outside of each slice of bread.
  7. Over medium heat in a large skillet, add both sandwiches and pan-fry until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes per side.
