Directions
In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, on low speed, mix together shortening and melted chocolate chips until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Still on low speed, mix in confectioner’s sugar, cocoa powder salt until smooth, about 1 minute.
Roll out into a rectangular slab between parchment or wax paper. Chill in the fridge to firm up for 10 minutes and use a knife or cookie cutters to cut small squares or any size or shape you please- stars! hearts! circles!
Store and serve at room temperature or out of the fridge for a delightfully fudgy moment.
