Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Creamy Cinnamon Spread Walnut Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ C. Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cinnamon Spread
  • 1 C. marshmallow cream
  • 2 Tbsp. white chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
  • ½ C. chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Spray an 8×8 pan with cooking spray then line with waxed paper; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon spread and marshmallow cream; set aside.
  3. In a small, microwavable bowl, combine the white chocolate and shortening; heat for 30 seconds then stir. Heat an additional 10-20 seconds if needed to make a smooth mixture.
  4. Stir into marshmallow mixture and blend well.
  5. Spread into prepared pan.
  6. Immediately top with chopped walnuts.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set and cooled.
  8. Lift out of pan and remove waxed paper.
  9. Cut into pieces to serve.
