White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 C. Cream Of Wheat® Original 21/2 Minute Cereal
  • 1/2 tsp. Clabber Girl Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 C. granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 11.5-oz. bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 C. cranberry raisins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Blend flour, cereal, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
  2. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Reduce speed to low. Add cereal; mix well. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberry raisins.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
  5. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let stand on cookie sheets 1 minute before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
