Preheat oven to 350°F. Pre-bake the crust if it is not already pre-baked.
Sift together flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat eggs well. Stir in all other ingredients and add flour/baking powder mixture; place in pie pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Note: if you use a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield approximately 6 servings.
